1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Crown Millers, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced by them. If you use Crown Millers for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Platform use

Crown Millers provides modular workforce, accounting, CRM, manufacturing, distribution, reporting, and related business tools. You are responsible for your workspace configuration, authorised users, source data, and decisions made from that data.

3. Accounts and security

Keep credentials confidential, use accurate registration information, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Workspace administrators control user roles and permissions.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid capabilities are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Fees, taxes, renewal dates, payment status, and cancellation terms are shown in the applicable checkout or billing screen.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with platform availability, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data, or access another customer's workspace without authority.

6. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Crown Millers the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, back up, and transmit that data to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process personal data.

7. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material subscription changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

8. Intellectual property

Crown Millers and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, branding, documentation, and original content, excluding customer data.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, or material breach. You may close your account subject to outstanding obligations and applicable retention requirements.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Millers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Crown Millers contact or support channels.
